International Exchanges & Returns (EU & Worldwide Policy)
For customers located within the European Union and internationally, shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not fixed and may vary depending on:

Parcel weight and volume

Courier pricing at the time of the request
All applicable costs are calculated individually on a case-by-case basis and will be clearly communicated to the customer prior to the completion of the exchange or return process.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are solely the responsibility of the customer

Shipping and exchange costs are subject to change and are determined based on real-time logistics conditions and courier pricing at the moment the request is processed.
We reserve the right to adjust these costs accordingly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your right of withdrawal where applicable under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you wish to exchange or return a product you purchased, you have 14 days from the date of shipment of your order to do so.
All products undergo quality control before shipment. For this reason, items must be returned in exactly the same condition in which they were received, including their full original packaging. Any indication that the product has been used will void the possibility of an exchange or return.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from returns and exchanges:

Swimwear

Underwear
-
Bodysuits
-
Face masks
In addition, exchanges and returns are not accepted for:

Products discounted by more than 30%
-
Products purchased through promotional actions, giveaways, or gift vouchers

Items that are part of a set, which cannot be returned separately
Size Exchange
If, after written communication with us or via email, we guide you to the wrong size, we accept responsibility and cover the exchange and reshipping costs.
If, however, the size choice was made by you based on your own judgment, then you are responsible for the exchange costs, including return shipping and reshipping fees.
Exchanges for a different color or product code are also made at your own expense.
The exchange fee depends on the destination of the parcel, for example remote areas, and the weight of the package. These charges are payable upon delivery of the exchanged item, either:

by cash on delivery to the courier, or
-
by bank transfer
You will be informed by us of the exact cost in advance. Exchange charges usually range from €4.00 to €14.80.

Exchange Procedure
All exchanges are carried out through our partner courier companies, ACS and Box Now.
The exchange process is as follows:
1. You notify us in writing, via Instagram, Facebook, or email, about the product(s) you wish to return and the item(s) you would like as a replacement.
2. We inform you about product availability and any price difference that may arise, and we send you our shipping details.
3. You send the parcel back using one of our partner courier companies, with shipping charged to the recipient.
4. You send us the tracking number either by email or as a screenshot on Instagram.
5. After carrying out the necessary checks, we send the replacement parcel back to your address by courier.
The exchange process usually takes 2 to 7 business days.
Defective Products
In the case of a defective product, you must contact us immediately so that we can review the issue and proceed, depending on the case, either with:

a replacement, or
-
a full refund
Please note that all products are always checked before shipment.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will always be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The only exception is if you paid by cash on delivery. In that case, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account you provide.
To return the product to us, you must use the courier company that delivered your parcel. In this case, the return shipping cost to our company is covered by us.
