Orders are shipped via ACS Courier, Box Now, and for international deliveries via DHL Express.
All orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days from our facilities.
Delivery time depends on the courier company and destination area and typically ranges from 1–5 business days from the date the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Remote Areas
In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas, according to the courier’s pricing policy.
In such cases, the customer will be informed prior to shipment.
Product Exchanges
Product exchanges are carried out using the same courier company that handled the original shipment.
Exchange costs are as follows:

Failed Delivery & Re-shipping
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer responsibility (including but not limited to: failure to collect the parcel, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect or incomplete shipping details), the order will be returned to us.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for:

The return shipping cost to our company

The cost of reshipping the order
If the customer chooses not to receive the order again, the refund amount will be reduced by the total shipping costs incurred (initial shipping + return shipping).
