Shipping Method – Time – Cost

Products are shipped through the courier companies ACS Courier, BOX NOW and international shipments through DHL.

Orders are dispatched by our business within 1–5 working days.
Delivery time depends on the courier and destination and usually ranges from 1 to 5 working days from the day the courier company receives the parcel.

Order Packaging & Additional Charges

Each Angeloiko order includes one (1) package at no extra charge, regardless of the number of products it contains.

If the customer wishes to have products from the same order packaged separately, for example as different gifts, each additional packaging box costs 1,50€.

The number of additional packages is selected at checkout, where this option is available, and the relevant charge is added to the total order amount.

Shipping to Different Addresses

Shipping charges shown at checkout apply to delivery to one address or one collection point.

If the customer wishes to send products from the same order to two or more different destinations, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the number of shipments and the selected shipping method.

In that case, the customer is informed of the additional charge before the separate shipments are dispatched.

ACS Courier

  • Shipping cost: 4,00 €

  • Product exchange cost: 6,00 €

  • Free shipping on orders over 80 €

BOX NOW

  • Shipping cost: 2,50 €

  • Product exchange cost: 5,00 €

  • Free shipping on orders over 60 €

Shipping to Cyprus

Shipments are handled through BOX NOW.

  • Shipping cost: 9,50 €

  • Product exchange cost: 19,00 €

  • Free shipping on orders over 100 €

Shipping to Bulgaria

Shipments are handled through BOX NOW.

  • Shipping cost: 6,00 €

  • Product exchange cost: 12,00 €

  • Free shipping on orders over 100 €

Shipping to Europe & the Rest of the World

International shipments are handled through DHL Express.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on:

  • the destination country

  • the total shipment weight

  • the courier company’s pricing policy

The estimated delivery time is:

  • Europe: 1–3 working days

  • Rest of the world: 2–5 working days

  • Free shipping on orders over 150 €

In certain cases, there may be an additional shipping charge for remote areas, according to the applicable courier company’s price list.

In that case, the customer will be informed before the order is dispatched.

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges are handled through the same courier company used for the original shipment.

Exchange costs are as follows:

  • ACS Courier: 6,00 €

  • BOX NOW Greece: 5,00 €

  • BOX NOW Cyprus: 19,00 €

  • BOX NOW Bulgaria: 12,00 €

For shipments through DHL, the cost of an exchange or return depends on:

  • the shipping country

  • the total parcel weight

  • the courier company’s pricing policy.

Failure to Collect & Redelivery

If an order is not collected due to the customer’s actions (for example, failure to attend the collection point, refusal to accept delivery or incorrect or incomplete shipping details), the order is returned to the business.

In that case, the customer is responsible for:

  • the cost of return shipping to the business

  • the cost of a new shipment if the order is sent again.

If the customer chooses not to receive the products again, the total shipping cost incurred by the business (original shipment and return) will be deducted from the refund.

Important Information

  • Orders are not dispatched, processed or delivered at weekends or on public holidays.

  • If you require delivery on a particular day, you can contact us at info@angeloiko.gr.

  • During periods of high shipping demand (e.g. Christmas, Easter, August) minor delays in dispatch and delivery may occur.

  • Once you complete your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email, detailing all your order information.
